Ingredients

  • 1 bottle rosé wine chilled
  • 2 cups ice cubes preferably small or crushed

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cup

Method

  1. Measure the rosé wine and pour it into the blender.
  2. Add the ice cubes to the blender with the wine.
  3. Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and has a slushy consistency, about 30-45 seconds. The mixture should be frosty with no large ice chunks remaining.
  4. Stop the blender and check the texture; if it’s too thin, add a few more ice cubes and blend briefly again.
  5. Pour the slushie into glasses, ensuring each has a generous amount of icy mixture.
  6. Serve immediately with a straw or garnish if desired, enjoying its crisp, floral, and icy texture.
