  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup water or coconut water

Method
 

  1. Add the mango pulp, honey or sugar, water or coconut water, and ice cubes to the blender.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and icy, about 30-40 seconds. You should hear a rhythmic whirling and see a velvety texture forming.
  3. Check the consistency; if it's too thick, add a splash of water or coconut water and blend briefly to loosen it slightly.
  4. Pour the frozen mango mixture into glasses, filling them close to the top to showcase the bright orange color.
  5. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon, enjoying the cool, slushy texture and vibrant aroma.
